No, I am not related to Jane....nor do I profit from gushing, ooohing and ahhhhing about TheLittleScrapbookStore.com.... LOL!! I must tell you about our Jane, though.
I emailed Jane late, late last night and had an "emergency request". I asked if she'd make a scrapbook and a journal (in my favorite, lovely, CS Tuscany papers) for someone my son just started dating. He had been unable to come up with a gift until I suggested Jane's books. I then asked if she could mail it to my son in Italy as soon as she was able.... Well, I awoke to a very sweet email saying she would make AND ship them today!! Not only that...but she did not want to charge shipping and she "tried" to give me a hefty discount because my Nick is a US Sailor. I could not accept, fully, her kind offer and added money towards her total. I am flabbergasted by her generosity and her "beyond the call of duty" professionalism. Talk about wonderful customer service!

I've said it before...and I'll say it again. Jane's books are lovely and you won't be disappointed. Check her site out! What wonderful gifts they make.....

Hi Jane, I don't know what to say, I'm overwhelmed. The journals arrived this morning and they're absolutely gorgeous!! They are much lovelier in real life than on a computer screen. I think I'd have to say the club scrap one is the favorite of the 2 but the handmade paper one is so beautiful as well. I love the fibers on them and the ribbon closures. I'll have to sit and look at them for a while now - I'll use them eventually but not just yet, they're so pretty. You sure know how to make someone want more!!!! In the new year I will definitely get back to you as I have 1 or 2 things in mind that I'm sure you can help me with. But it has no hurry and with the holiday season here you're bound to have enough other things to do than answer my questions. Thanks for your wonderful service and patience while the payment was being sorted. I'll be back.

OH Jane! These books are WONDERFUL - - AGAIN! I love the Jeans book with the pocket and (my daughter) does too - I pulled it out and then took it into her room, she looked up and said "Oh, RAD!" Now, I don't know if you have a teenager, but that's about the BEST compliment you can get <LOL>. She's more motivated to start her "Book of Me" now. I thank you so much! It's so cool! The other one is just beautiful. The purple velvet is the exact color of the stuff I have that I'll probably be using on some of the pages inside too...I can't wait to see it with the purple on the edges of the front cover too.
